Aventics Hungary parent strengthens global market position with acquisition
The parent of Aventics Hungary Kft. has strengthened its global market position by acquiring a company manufacturing emission-reduction systems and mechatronic tools, the Eger-based plant’s CEO said this week.
According to István Gödri, although the acquisition of U.S.-based Vector Horizon Technology LLC (VHtek) will probably not affect the operation of the Hungarian subsidiary in 2017, they are expecting to see the beneficial effects of the transaction in the next two years.
