Audi Hungaria is using a holographic displays to ensure efficient and safe operation on the production line. The innovative solution is supporting the production of plug-in hybrid models by assisting workers with a prompt to perform an ignition cycle.

Q3 2022 has been the most successful quarter yet in global automotive manufacturing. In terms of operating profits and revenues, the 16 largest OEMs reported on record-breaking results thanks to strong demand and high sales prices.

Volánbusz is expecting to receive 164 CNG-powered MAN Lion’ City buses before the end of the year. Set to enter service mostly in the Budapest agglomeration, the first units were delivered in the first half of last week.

As part of HUMDA Zrt.’s Green Bus demo pilot project, an electric bus will be in test operation in Komló for a full month. Ending on December 29th, the test run will feature a BYD K7UA midi bus.

Slovakia is expanding its EV charging network with a €46 million project. The project is set to establish 60 charging centres with a total of 230 chargers.

In the first three quarters, AutoWallis Nyrt. reported on a 44 percent revenue growth, while its net profits increased by more than three folds. The group said the growth has been mostly organic, and they are looking to set a new record year in 2022.
