Waberer’s founder György Wáberer to revoke name rights from new owner
György Wáberer has announced to revoke the right to use the company’s brand name as of summer 2018 with the expiry of the related contract, the Budapest Business Journal reported this week.
Wabererʼs International Zrt.’s founder and former co-owner sold his part of the company in June 2016.
Already under new ownership, the Waberer’s branding still appears on more than 3,500 trailers.
György Wáberer’s shares were bought by investor group Mid Europa Partners, one of the company’s main investors since 2011.
