VW builds new logistics centre in Bratislava
Volkswagen has begun the construction of a new logistics centre near its Bratislava plant, the German AG’s Slovakian subsidiary told Hungarian news agency MTI this week.
The new 125,000 sqm logistics base, to be handed over next year and be fully operational in late-2017, is being built with a €150 million investment.
The logistics centre is located in the Devínská Nová Ves district of Bratislava, near the existing Volkswagen plant.
The facility will be operated by an external company, Volkswagen Bratislava added.
