The company, manufacturer of tools, parts and components for the machine and energetics industries, will move from its current production site located at Diósgyőr Machine Works to the new facility in 2015.

Csaba Filip, CEO of Toolstyle Kft., said that the company was originally founded in 2000 at the former arms factory of Diósgyőr Machine Works, the centre of machine building in Miskolc. He added that its initial staff mainly consisted of engineers and workers from the former arms factory.

In the previous year, the company, employer of 75, registered a turnover of HUF 2.5 billion, which will be reinvested into this HUF 600 million project to build a new production hall completed with office and service facilities but the company will also invest in technology development.

The company was purchased by French investors in 2002. The project is funded from the company's own resources and external support.
