Szekszárd Business Park expands with 2.14 bln development project
An expansion project valued at over HUF 2 billion has been started at Szekszárd Business Park, where the floor area of production halls is planned to be expanded by 2,000 square metres.
Roland Ladányi, deputy-CEO at local asset management firm Szekszárdi Vagyonkezelő Kft., informed us that the HUF 2.14 billion development project is financed entirely by the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme (TOP), with the purpose to modernise infrastructure and refurbish existing facilities at the site.
