Swiss-based machine tools manufacturer GF transform Budapest unit into regional centre

GF Machine Solutions (GFMS), the machine tools division of Georg Fischer (GF), a company listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange, have announced to expand their staff and convert their Budapest unit into a regional centre for their development activities in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, GFMS regional director Gábor Szabó said in an announcement.
Szabó added that the parent company’s decision was greatly influenced by the availability of sufficient, well trained workforce and continued technological advancement in Hungary.
