Swiss Autoneum opens new plant in Komárom to manufacture automotive carpets
Swiss-owned Autoneum, manufacturers of automotive carpets and insulators, has opened its first Hungarian plant in Komárom, the town’s municipality announced this week.
According to the announcement, the investment will create 150 jobs by the time it reaches full capacity.
In the first phase, the plant will supply parts for 500,000 vehicles, to be ramped up to 1 million parts annually.
