Sheet metal manufacturer Melior Laser expands in Biatorbágy
Melior Laser Kft., a company engaged in sheet metal fabrication and sheet metal component manufacturing, have expanded their production area and refurbished their machinery in Biatorbágy, Hungary, with a HUF 315 million investment, announced the company on Monday.
The technology development project at the Biatorbágy plant created five new jobs, and the company is expecting to consolidate its status as a supplier and a 25 percent increase in its export volume as a result of the investment, the company said.

According to the company's report, Melior Laser received a HUF 157.53 million non-refundable aid from Széchenyi 2020 (EU) funds.
The company, manufacturer and supplier of industrial products, netted HUF 1.3 billion in 2014, beating their previous year's result by 15 percent.
In 2014, the company's profit increased from HUF 166 million in 2013 to HUF 193.6 million.
The electronics, machine and precision engineering industries account for nearly 80 percent of all domestic orders at Melior Laser, a company established in 2003.
