Schaeffler Savaria to introduce technological innovation

Szombathely-based Schaeffer Savaria Kft. will soon launch the serial production of components and rotating parts for synchronous and asynchronous motors at their 2nd production unit, using the latest technologies.
The plant will introduce an elevated level of automation using Industry 4.0 practices, including advanced robot technologies.
“The new plant will launch production at a different location but at a higher level of manufacturing discipline, complying with higher standards of cleanliness. All this represents significant technological development in the West Hungary region,” Csaba Horváth, head of Schaeffler Savaria Kft.’s E-mobility division, said in connection with the project.
