Rába to pay dividends and announces plans of acquisition
The management of Rába Járműipari Holding Nyrt. proposes a payment of HUF 17.80 in dividends for its shares with HUF 1,000 nominal value for fiscal 2018, a decrease from last year’s HUF 23.00.
The company has also announced plans to acquire Rekard Group member Diagonal Valor Kft. and Rekard Hajtómű- és Gépgyártó Kft.’s 24.9 percent share, followed up by the remaining 75.1 percent in 2021.
The acquisition is valued at HUF 700 million.
