Rába posts growing revenues in Q1
In Q1 2015, Rába Járműipari Nyrt. posted a 18 percent increase in revenues, while the company´s EBIDTA, which shows the efficiency of cash-flow generation, decreased by 2.3 percent, the company said in a consolidated flash report published on Thursday on the website of Budapest Stock Exchange.
According to the flash report, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Rába's revenues rose from HUF 11.838 billion to 13.914 billion, while its EBIDTA declined from HUF 1.006 billion to 983 million.
Rába's net profit rose from HUF 2.512 billion to 2.404 billion, while the group's operating profit decreased from HUF 444 million to 403 million.
The report points out that the driver of growth in the company's turnover was a 77.7 percent boom in domestic orders, driven by automotive sales.
