Rába concludes full acquisition of Rekard Group

Rába Járműipari Holding Nyrt. has acquired the remaining 75.1 percent of shares in Rekard Hajtómű- és Gépgyártó Kft., completing the company’s full acquisition, which began in May 2019 with an initial purchase of 24.9 percent of shares, the Győr-based vehicle systems manufacturer announced earlier this week.
Rába and Győr-based Rekard Group first signed an agreement on the acquisition on May 14th, 2019. At the time the acquisition was valued at a total of HUF 700,000.
