Opel removes any doubt: Szentgotthárd plant to continue normal operation despite ownership change
From 2020 onwards, the Szentgotthárd unit is set to supply Peugeot with several variations of the engine chosen as the engine of the year multiple times now. In the meantime, the plant will continue its current operation.
Plant director Grzegorz Buchal said at a press conference that the investments necessitated by the new production processes have already begun with the involvement of several local suppliers.
