Oil producer Mol places order on refurbished locomotives
Seven diesel shunting locomotives will be refurbished by the Szolnok-based vehicle repair centre of Hungarian railway company MÁV-Start Zrt. and Ganz Motor Kft. and delivered to Mol.
The first renewed shunting locomotive was handed over at Dunai Finomító (Danube Refinery), in Százhalombatta, MÁV and Mol announced last Tuesday in a joint statement.
The total cost of the refurbishment is HUF 1.5 billion (€4.8 million), and the project is expected to finish by the end of 2017.
