NNG has become one of the leading navigation systems suppliers in the global automotive industry thanks to its close relationship with Tier-1 suppliers. The figures also support this: since 2010, the company has tripled its gross margin and increased its headcount to 520. In order to fulfil the increased demand of its automotive partners, the company is planning to hire an additional 100 developers in 2014.

"We found the best developers in 2013. We managed to achieve this with only 8 percent of employer migration and 80 employer commitment. One of our major missions is to employ more and more women, and we have made good progress so far: today we have more than 70 female employees in this field," said Andrea Magyari, HR Director of NNG Ltd.

NNG's success lies in standard-creating automotive developments – the latest example is the NavFusion device unveiled in the summer of 2013, a solution for synchronising the car and smartphones. "Our navigation software fulfils local requirements on a global level. We are in contractual partnership with the largest car manufacturers through the most noted Tier-1 suppliers. Our target is to sell 30 million licences in the following years and to increase the market share of built-in navigation head units in the key markets from 26 to 40 percent," said Péter Balogh, the CEO of NNG.
