Night of Modern Factories programme gaining popularity
Registrations were nearly full already a week before the Night of Modern Factories an event held on November 15th, allowing the public to participate in nocturnal factory tours at various manufacturers.
The programme was officially opened by innovation and technology minister László Palkovics at Knorr-Bremse Fékrendszerek Kft.’s Kecskemét production plant.
Its growing popularity is indicated by the fact that while two years ago it saw 2,000 visitors at 25 production units, last year it grew to 2,800 at 36 plants, while this year it almost doubled with 6,500 registered visitors and 73 locations.
Certain companies even organized group visits for young visitors under 14 years of age.
