Magyar Suzuki Corporation presents 2021 fiscal results

Esztergom-based Magyar Suzuki Zrt. reported on a 6 percent net revenue growth in fiscal 2021 despite the challenges induced by the Coronavirus pandemic and semiconductor shortages.
Suzuki has also managed to top Hungarian new car registrations for the sixth consecutive year.
In 2021, 107,974 cars were manufactured at the Esztergom plant. Magyar Suzuki Corporation sold 120,164 vehicles last year – of which 86 percent, 103,300 units, were sold on export markets across 123 countries.
65 percent, nearly two-thirds of the cars manufactured in Esztergom last year had a hybrid drivetrain.
