KSH: employment in Hungary’s private sector grows by 92,000
The Hungarian government hopes that a new employment programme launched recently by the Ministry of Finance will aid at least 50,000 people to find employment in the private sector.
According to finance minister Mihály Varga, the new programme makes administration more flexible in the area of employment.
Commenting on data released by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Wednesday, Varga said the unemployment rate is currently 3.6 percent in Hungary, earning us third place in the EU rankings after Germany and the Czech Republic.
