Jász-Plasztik develops with HUF 2 billion investment
Jászberény-based Jász-Plasztik Kft., a company engaged in plastic processing, tool, battery and plaster manufacturing will create 120 new jobs thanks to a HUF 2 billion technology development project.
Project manager János Kasza Jr. said the total value of equipment the company will purchase will amount to HUF 2 billion, which will be supported by a nearly HUF 600 million GINOP aid.
He added: the recycling line operates on a 7,000-square-metre production area with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons. The facility also houses a foil waste recycling plant with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons.
According to public company data, in 2014 Jász Plastic's revenues increased to 66.3 billion HUF from 65 billion in 2013. In 2014, the company's sales from exports amounted to HUF 20.1 billion. In the same year, the company's net profit increased from HUF 3.7 billion to HUF 5.9 billion.
