Indian automotive supplier opens production site in Hungary
India-based Sona have officially launched production at their plant in Polgár. The Indian-owned automotive supplier will manufacture steel shaft, engine and chassis components with high added value.
The company’s long-term committment towards Hungary is shown by the fact that they are already preparing for an expansion in semi-finished parts machining.
Sona BLW Group is an Indian automotive supplier that manufactures and assembles precision-forged bevel gears, baulk rings, suspension parts, engine and driveline components and complete differential assemblies, primarily for automotive applications.
