Ikarus Járműtechnika to deliver 100 buses to Hungarian Defence Forces in 2018
Székesfehérvár-based Ikarus Járműtechnika has reported on doubling the HUF 462.4 million it registered in revenues for the whole of last year in the first half of 2018.
Company CEO Zoltán Tankó said the company is engaged in the serial production of purpose-built long-distance buses.
The company is expected to manufacture nearly 100 buses for the Hungarian Defence Forces by the end of the year. 40 vehicles have already been delivered.
In addition, the company also manufactures diesel and electric buses, Tankó added.
