Hungary’s largest iron foundry operating at maximum capacity

With 5,000 tons of casts produced in June, Busch-Hungária Kft., Hungary’s largest iron foundry, is operating at maximum capacity this summer.
While Busch-Hungária’s Győr-based foundry recorded its most successful year in 2021, the company has still managed to exceed its previous production records twice this year.
“Our capacity allows us to produce 60,000 tons of spheroidal graphite cast iron annually, and with 5,037 tons produced in June 2022 we came very close to reaching the maximum,” Busch-Hungária Kft. CEO Dávid Hegymegi said earlier in the week.
