Hungary’s largest investors awarded at HIPA’s Investor of the Year Gala
The eight businesses awarded at the Investor of the Year Gala, held by the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA), brought a total of €1.5 billion in investments and are set to create 6,000 jobs in Hungary.

The awards were handed over by foreign minister Péter Szijjártó and HIPA president Róbert Ésik.

- R&D investor of the year: GE Hungary (Budapest)
- Best industrial park of the year: Debreceni Regionális és Innovációs Tudományos Technológiai Park (Debrecen Regional and Innovation Industrial Park) (Debrecen)
- Domestic supplier of the year: PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. (Solymár)
