Hungary’s industrial production output continues to decline at mid-year mark

According to the second estimate published by the Central Statistical Office (KSH), in June the volume of industrial production declined by 7.8 percent from the same month last year, while adjusted to working days, the data shows a more significant, 12 percent drop.
On a more positive note, seasonally and working-day adjusted indices showed a 17.1 percent growth compared to the previous month of the year, the largest month-on-month improvement this year as of yet.
