Hungary to sign strategic partnership agreement with ZF and Schwarzmüller

In 2013 the Hungarian government signed strategic partnership agreements among others with Bosch, Continental and Rába.

The Minister of National Economy has been authorised to sign a strategic partnership agreement with ZF and Schwarzmüller on behalf of the Hungarian government. The decision will be effective immediately after it is signed by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

According to public company data, Eger-based ZF Hungária Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kft. booked a net profit of 1.5 million EUR in 2011 and 2012 as well. The net income from sales was 203 million EUR in 2011 and 190 million in 2012. The company has a registered capital of 29,625,000 HUF and a headcount of 852.

Dunaharaszt-based Schwarzmüller Járműgyártó és Kereskedelmi Kft. registered a net income of 19.9 billion HUF and a net profit of 404 million HUF in 2011. In 2012, the company booked an income of 20.6 billion HUF and a net profit of 488 million HUF. According to the company's report, in both years the profits were paid as dividends. The company's registered capital amounts to 50 million HUF. The company is the employer of 447.
