Hungarian haulage company Waberer’s plan IPO in July
Waberer’s International, one of Europe’s largest haulage and logistics companies, is preparing for a listing on the Budapest Stock Exchange, in the premium category.
Additionally to offering existing shares, the company is expecting a €50m capital injection.
Weberer’s CEO Ferenc Lajkó said they see a big potential in the growing European road haulage industry. The company will stregthen its market position with the acquisition of Poland-based Link, Lajkó added.
The planned IPO would be Hungary’s biggest public listing in more than a decade.
According to their 2015 financial report, the Waberer's group is Hungary's largest logistics company, a market leader in road haulage and logistics services across Hungary.
