In Q4 2021, Rába Járműipari Holding Nyrt. registered a post-tax profit of HUF 111.3 million, falling short of the same period in 2020 by 90.2 percent, while the company’s annual profit margin grew by 223.4 percent to HUF 1.272 billion in 2021.

French-owned, Bonyhád-based automotive supplier Eurostyle Systems Bonyhád Kft. reported on a nearly 20 percent net revenue increase in fiscal 2021 to €35 million.

The company, a manufacturer of premium leather interior parts for Audi, Porsche and Lamborghini, did not disclose its post-tax earnings.

Mercedes-Benz is expecting to manufacture exclusively electric vehicles by the second half of this decade at all its locations.

As opposed to other manufacturers, the German car maker is planning to achieve this not through large plant constructions but the gradual transitioning of its existing sites, following market demand.

Hungarian-owned HR firm Work Force has announced efforts to help refugees affected in the recent Ukrainian-Russian conflict at its workers’ hostels and finding jobs matching their levels of qualification.
