A Hungarian company is developing a new electric bus: Péter Nemes, CEO of Sedulitas-Pro Kft., disclosed details about the company's new development, the E91-E urban bus concept.

The company converted an Ikarus E91, fitting it with an electric motor and batteries.

Last week, the Győr-based Audi plant handed over a new geothermal plant.

The new geothermal centre handed over last week will account for 60 percent of the plant's annual thermal energy consumption.

A new 96,000 m2 manufacturing unit, built by SMR with a HUF 31 billion investment in Kecskemét, will create 450 new jobs. The company held the new unit's groundbreaking ceremony last week.

In Q3 2015, the volume of investments in Hungary decreased by 3.4 percent y/y. In the same period last year a 13.6 percent growth was registered.

Compared to the previous quarter, the volume of investments declined by 0.9 percent, according to a report by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH).
