FS team from Győr develops new car with unique telemetry and cockpit
After winning Formula Student Russia and becoming the most successful Hungarian team in 2014, the Formula Student team from Széchenyi István University of Győr is now working on their next racing car.
Arrabona Racing Team are currently working on their brand new car for this year's FS series.

"Regarding our constructor team's work, currently we are manufacturing missing components and we'll soon begin assembling the car in our workshop.
"The others are getting ready for the static events, preparing and drafting documentation and presentations, which bear a huge importance in Formula Student," team member Tamás Kolossváry said.

The concept of the new car is based on the reliable and clean design of the ART_01 and solutions that already proved successful during last year's events.
Reducing weight was a primary factor during the design process of the ART_02, which affected each and every component.
"The success of our efforts is proven by the fact that the new frame is 5 kilograms lighter, which is a huge achievement in itself. We have also improved our suspension geometry, vastly increasing grip for the car. For the sake of our sponsors we are also working on improving exterior design, paying more attention to the body panels.
"Our plans for this year include a unique telemetry system and a more ergonomic cockpit to increase the comfort of our drivers. The finished car will compete in the Hungarian, Czech and Italian Formula Student races, which will provide direct feedback about our team's work in the last year in comparison with all the other universities around the world," Kolossváry added.
