Exhibition presents rich history of iconic bus manufacturer Ikarus
King St. Stephen Museum in Székesfehérvár presents an exhibition showing the development of Ikarus models, the milestones of bus manufacturing and model evolution using period blueprints, scale models and photographs.
Ikarus manufactured buses for 55 years in Budapest and nearly 40 years in Székesfehérvár, producing almost 300,000 vehicles in total. Nearly 240,000 Ikarus buses were exported to 83 countries.
