Bosch sells Miskolc-based subsidiary to Chinese owners
The Bosch Group’s Miskolc-based unit, a manufacturer of starters and alternators, will continue operation under the Starters E-Components Generators Automotive Hungary Kft name.
Bosch launched its starter and alternator division in Miskolc in 2003.
According to the company’s communication, the Miskolc unit has been bought by Chinese-owned Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co. Ltd., and will continue operation under an investment group’s the direct control.
Robert Bosch Starter Motors Generators Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries have been acquired by a China-based consortium comprising ZMJ and CRCI for a sum of €545 million.
