Autoliv management concludes wage agreement with workers at Sopronkövesd plant
Although no official announcement has been made yet, the second half of the week could bring agreement on wages between the management of Sopronkövesd-based Autoliv Kft. and the workers´ strike committee formed a little over a week ago.
The agreement will bring about a HUF 20,000 (€64) monthly pay rise to all workers.
Marianna Marsits, leader of the Autoliv trade union group, said indirect, non-manual labourers will now also be eligible for the HUF 88,350 (€285) holiday bonus previously only available for employees in different capacities, while the 13th month pay will be paid in one sum in the future – as opposed to the divided payments in the past.
