Audi to relocate production of Q3 to Győr plant
The German manufacturer is reorganizing its production with a look into the future. In 2018, Audi will launch the mass production of all-electric SUVs at its Brussels site, while moving the production of the Q3 from Spain to Hungary.
In addition, the Belgian plant's capacity will be expanded with battery production.
Production of the A1, manufactured in Belgium up until now, will be relocated to Martorell, Spain, while production for the Q3, currently made at the Spanish location, will be moved to the premium manufacturer's Győr-based plant.
