Audi set to start serial production of electric motors at Győr plant in 2018
Audi Hungaria has been hard at work to prepare for a new era in its history of car manufacturing: in 2018, the German car maker will launch the serial production of electric motors at its Győr-based plant.
The first batch of production equipment has been already integrated in the manufacturing process.
In the future, serial production will be supported by three new test benches in engine development.
By 2020, Audi will launch three full-electric models.
