The Audi Hungaria Independent Trade Union (AHFSZ) has handed over workers’ demands to the management of the Győr-based plant: a double-digit wage increase in 2020 and 2021, higher loyalty bonus and fringe benefits, variable pay and a one-time bonus for both years.

The world’s first hydrogen-fuelled passenger aircraft, developed jointly by Hungarian and American engineers, was presented last week in Jakabszállás, Bács-Kiskun County. No decision has been made yet on the introduction of the digital taxes in the Czech Republic. The government of the United States of America has indicated their readiness to take responsive measures should the Czech partner vote in approval of the digital tax.

Trump has threatened the entire EU with the introduction of big tariffs on car imports if there is a failure to agree on a comprehensive trade agreement and if European countries don’t give up on their plans to introduce digital taxes, which would mostly affect large American businesses.
