Audi launches new electric model

The new Audi Q8 e-tron, the renamed and refreshed variant of the Audi e-tron SUV first unveiled back in 2018, is set to arrive in 2023.
In addition to a visual facelift, the new model is offered with an optimized drivetrain, more efficient aerodynamics, better charging performance and increased battery capacity.
Despite the name change, the Q8 e-tron is still based on an improved version of the MLB evo internal-combustion platform.
The model is powered by electric power units manufactured at the automaker’s Győr-based plant.
