Audi Hungaria press shop celebrates new milestone

The Audi Hungaia press shop has been engaged in the production of body panels for cars manufactured at the Győr-based plant, as well as other models of the Volkswagen Group, since 2013.
The plant’s press shop has reached an impressive milestone with the facility’s Schuler PXL machine press line completing its 25 millionth press cycle.
Capable of manufacturing several different parts simultaneously, the machine press has successfully completed 45 million pressed panels for Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda and Porsche models.
Audi Hungaria has a combined pressing capacity of 8,100 tons.
