Audi Hungaria milestone: two million cars produced

30-year-old Audi Hungaria Zrt. has produced its two millionth car in Győr, an RS Q3. The firm started the vehicle production in 1998.
The car with which Audi Hungaria has reached this important milestone is a Karat beige RS Q3, which will be shipped to its owner to Germany soon. The nine-time “International Engine of The Year” winning Inline 5 cylinder 2.5 TFSI engine found in the RS Q3 was also manufactured in Győr.
“Our company is celebrating not only its 30 years of existence but also the 25th anniversary of the beginning of vehicle production in Győr, therefore it is special to us that we could reach this milestone this year…” – said Alfons Dintner, president of the board, Audi Hungaria.
