Audi Hungaria management finally reaches agreement with trade union
With talks under way since January 23, the management of Audi Hungaria and the independent trade union have finally agreed on the workers’ pay rise for 2017 and 2018.
The Audi Hungaria Independent Trade Union has announced that wage talks with the management had successfully come to an end.
The two parties made the following agreement for the current year and 2018: effective on 1 January 2017, the workers’ base pay will be increased by HUF 30,000 (€97), while 3 percent of the variable pay will be built into the base wage starting on 1 June 2017.
On 1 January 2018, the base pay will receive another HUF 30,000 boost, with an additional 3 percent to be added from variable pay on the same date.
