Audi Hungaria is not only the world's largest engine factory; in addition to engine and vehicle production, as well as world-class procurement, IT and financial services, the company's employees also deal with high-quality technical development. Technical development, which has been operating in Győr since 2001, is now being expanded with new competences, as the development of the previous internal combustion and electric drive modules is being extended to the entire drive system. In the future, the development portfolio will be expanded with the integration of drive systems into the vehicle, the application of the drive system, and the development of chassis systems, so the employees of the renewed area will develop the longitudinal, transverse and vertical dynamics of individual platforms of the Audi and Volkswagen concerns in the future.
