543 Hungarian-made Audis sold in Hungary in 2016
In 2016, the marque with the four rings sold 2,503 cars in Hungary, up 14 percent from the 2,197 units registered in the previous year.
Audi sold 518 Audi A3 cars to Hungarian customers in 2016, 288 of the units being A3 Sedan models built at the German premium car maker’s Győr plant.
In this segment Audi sold 34 percent more cars than its closest competitor (Audi A3: 518 units, Mercedes Benz A-Class and CLA: 381 units, BMW 1 Series: 132 units).
One of Audi’s key plans for 2017 is that starting in January, each official dealership and service centre is authorized to sell and service the brand’s electric vehicles as certified e-tron partners.
